Let’s face it; if you are a human, participating in life on this earth, you are going to have to deal with stress and a lot of it.

We are built to deal with a certain amount of stress, but these days it has gotten out of hand. The problem has become that we accept it as a way of life, so we aren’t really doing anything about it.

No, let me rephrase that…

We may be doing things to try to manage our stress, BUT we aren’t doing anything to change the cause of the stress. And what you absolutely NEED TO KNOW about the effects of stress on your health, is that your life is in danger.

I’m not kidding…I know it seems severe, and if you have just started experiencing stress you are probably thinking, “Ah, I’m ok, I can handle this.”

Sure…you can handle it…

But over time the stress on the tires will cause them to wear down and blow out…I bet you would agree with me on that without the slightest hesitation.

How are we any different?

Why are we religious about getting our cars serviced on a regular basis but we put off taking care of ourselves?

Everyone is panicking…you can’t turn on the news, pick up a newspaper or even stop by your local coffee shop without the words Swine Flu being thrown at you.

People are buzzing, the media is buzzing and everyone is talking about it and asking questions…

Did you hear the number of US Swine Flu Cases doubled overnight?

Swine Flu, Swine Flu, SWINE FLU!!

Everyone is talking about it, but who’s talking about how to cure Swine Flu?

When it comes to the conversation of how to cure Swine Flu, the conversation gets much quieter and people become a bit stumped.

Check Google and you’ll see that millions of people are searching “Swine Flu” while only a little over 4000 people are searching “Swine Flu Cures” or “Cure Swine Flu”.

I think this needs to be addressed…

Even though you are still more likely to get hit by a car than contract Swine Flu there are a few natural things you can do to at least help prevent Swine Flu. Even if these steps won’t Cure Swine Flu they will, at the least help protect you from it.

What I’m talking about are simple and natural steps you can take right now…as I said, these steps may not be able to Cure Swine Flu but they can certainly help when it comes to prevention. They seem like common sense, but you’d be amazed how many people are so busy finding out where Swine Flu has spread that they aren’t focusing on the basics:

  1. Eat Garlic
  2. Wash your hands, Wash your hands, Wash your hands!
  3. Eat a diet high in Raw Vegetables

Be diligent about how you treat and strengthen your body and your immune system and be mindful of washing your hands often, especially after human contact, and you will be well on your way to the prevention if not cure of swine flu.
